The Why

It’s hard to point to any one decision and claim that it’s created a more fulfilled life. And yet, that’s how I feel about sleep learning. I have three lovely children, but was once struggling to function with just our first.

Having had a well-functioning and busy lifestyle prior to children, the affects of sleep deprivation caught me reeling. Reactions to my husband and baby were delayed, foggy, and irritable. I was anxious. SO anxious.

Thankfully, we were able to trust that sleep learning was worth the hard work, and finally saw positive progression. Once we successfully got our son sleeping, I was absolutely delighted at how quickly my world seemed to brighten and become more coherent. Since then, I’ve been thrilled to support families on a healthy path to sleep.
